Studio Policies & Guidelines
1. Tuition & Payments: Advance Billing: Tuition is billed flat monthly and is due in full on the 1st of each month before lessons begin. Securing Your Slot: Timely payment guarantees your weekly time slot in our schedule. Late payments may result in the forfeiture of your reserved time.
2. Attendance & Cancellations 24-Hour Notice: We require a strict 24-hour notice for any lesson cancellation or rescheduling request.
Late Cancellations: Lessons cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, as well as no-shows, will be charged in full and are not eligible for a makeup session.
Emergencies: Exceptions are made solely for weather, sudden illness or medical emergencies.
3. Premium At-Home Lessons Travel Radius: In-home lessons are exclusively available to families located within our designated driving radius (20 minutes from our Fry Rd / Katy base). Environment: Parents must ensure a quiet, distraction-free environment with a well-maintained instrument (piano/keyboard or guitar) ready for the lesson time.
Punctuality: Because our instructors travel on a tight schedule, if a student is late, the lesson will still end at its originally scheduled time.
4. Faculty Professional Engagements Performance Scheduling: As active faculty members and performing artists with major opera companies, we will occasionally have mandatory university or performance weeks.
Advanced Notice: We will provide families with a minimum of 2 weeks' notice regarding any faculty travel.Built-in Adjustments: Any lessons paused due to our performance schedules will be handled via pre-scheduled studio makeup weeks or a direct tuition credit—guaranteeing you always receive the exact instruction you pay for.
